Our sessions can include Coaching, Sexuality and Daoist Tantric practices, Breathwork, Somatic Experiencing, Chinese Medicine theory, Plant and Animal Medicines, dance and sound therapy, gentle trauma realease, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and intuitive guidance.

You were meant to be YOU in this lifetime. I help you to clear away what is getting in the way of that so that you can feel fully alive and FREE.
