Chinese Medicine-Acupuncture and herbal Medicine
Meet Elleni
Elleni came to Eastern medicine through her own search for better health. She graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine as the highest-ranking student in her class, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Sydney — training that lets her move fluently between classical theory and a modern understanding of anatomy and physiology.
She completed her internship at the Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China, focusing on women's and men's reproductive health, and continues to study at Traditional Chinese and Japanese medicine conferences with master practitioners around the world.
"She empowers her clients to be involved in every part of their healing journey."
In practice, Elleni works collaboratively alongside physicians, midwives, and other medical providers, often recommending Chinese herbal formulas alongside lifestyle and dietary advice — treatment that complements care rather than working around it.
Before You Book
What you can expect
"I don't heal you. My work is to create the energy of health, and hold the vision of your wellness and wholeness — even in the moments you can't hold it yourself."
By the end of a session, most people feel heard — really heard — and like we've actually gotten to the bottom of what's going on. Less stressed. More calm. More connected to yourself, and more able to listen to what your body has been trying to tell you. Relief. A few answers. Sometimes, simply, held.
Some clients arrive here after trying a lot of things — other practitioners, other approaches — still looking for someone who can help them get to the root of what's going on. Others are here for their very first acupuncture session, or their first time with any kind of healing work. Either way, you'll leave feeling nourished, with more energy and aliveness, and with someone genuinely in your corner through whatever you're moving through.
In the room, I listen beyond what's being said — reading your body, and the wider field around you. I believe in your wellness and wholeness and hold that vision for you, even in the moments you can't hold it yourself, bringing everything I've learned into every session. That includes room for laughter and joy along the way, too.
