What you can expect
"I don't heal you. My work is to create the energy of health, and hold the vision of your wellness and wholeness — even in the moments you can't hold it yourself."
By the end of a session, most people feel heard — really heard — and like we've actually gotten to the bottom of what's going on. Less stressed. More calm. More connected to yourself, and more able to listen to what your body has been trying to tell you.
Some clients arrive here after trying so many different things — other practitioners, other approaches — still looking for someone who can help them get to the root of what's going on. Others are here for their very first acupuncture session, or their first time with any kind of healing work. Either way, you'll leave feeling nourished, with more energy and aliveness, and with someone genuinely in your corner through whatever you're moving through.
In the room, I listen beyond what's being said — reading your body, and the wider field around you. I believe in your wellness and wholeness and hold that vision for you, even in the moments you can't hold it yourself, bringing everything I've learned into every session. That includes room for laughter and joy along the way, too.
