Hi, I'm Elleni.
Born and raised in Australia to an American father and a Greek mother, I grew up with the ocean under my feet and the WILD in my bones. A singer, a dancer, a martial artist, a motorbike rider and a kid who felt most at home barefoot in nature. Long before I had words for it, nature was my greatest teacher — showing me the truth of death, rebirth, balance and harmony over and over again.
But life has a way of bringing us to our knees before it breaks us open.
My own journey began in the depths of chronic pain and struggle. For years I suffered with endometriosis, anxiety, depression and a bone-deep exhaustion that left me feeling lost, unheard and desperate for real answers.
I finally stopped and listened to what my body had been screaming at me.
That was the catalyst. The moment that cracked me open and sent me on a journey back to myself — back to my body's wisdom, back to the ancient ways of healing that go far beyond symptoms. I travelled the world learning from Master Practitioners, Shamans, Healers, Birthworkers, Tantricas and Mystics, gathering wisdom from every corner of the earth. And somewhere along the way, I remembered something essential — that I carry my own wisdom, my own gifts. That I am a sovereign being and the authority of my own life.
That knowing changed EVERYTHING!
Today I stand fully in that truth. Embodied, radiant, magnetic. A woman who has done the deep work and loves herself fully for it — sensual, alive and unapologetically whole.
This wholeness is what I work from and what I hold space for in you.
I am a Shamanic Practitioner and multi-modality healer, and I look through all of these lenses because real healing lives in the multidimensional reality of body, soul, spirit and everything in between. My work weaves together Shamanic Healing, Chinese Medicine, Breathwork, Nervous System Regulation, Emotional Freedom Technique, Energy Healing and Transformational Coaching — poured with full presence into every single session.
