I am a Shamanic Practitioner, Medicine Woman, and energetic guide devoted to restoring balance in both people and places.
My work bridges ancient wisdom and grounded practice. I weave together Chinese Medicine theory, breathwork, nervous system regulation, energy clearing, and transformational coaching to support deep, embodied change. Not just insight. Integration. Not just inspiration. Realignment at the root.
My own path began through chronic pain, Endometriosis, anxiety, and exhaustion. When I stopped fighting my body and started listening, I discovered that symptoms are not random. They are communication. That awakening led me into years of study in Chinese Medicine, energy work, and apprenticeship with healers across traditions. What I learned is simple and powerful: when energy flows, life flows.
Today, I guide women and seekers back to their power, their clarity, and their purpose. I help you regulate your body, clear emotional and ancestral imprints, strengthen your focus, and take bold, aligned action. I meet you with compassion and I hold you to your highest potential. Your state of being shapes your results. When you shift internally, your world reorganizes.
This devotion to energy and alignment naturally expanded beyond individuals.
I also work with homes and land through what I call Invisible Staging, an energetic preparation service for properties in transition. Just as a space can be physically staged, it can also be energetically supported. Houses carry stories. Land holds memory. I listen. I sense. I gently restore balance so a property feels clear, open, and ready for its next chapter.
