I am a Medicine Woman, Healer, Lightworker and Guide.
My holistic healing journey started when I was determined to regain control of my health. For years, I battled chronic pain caused by Endometriosis, which brought with it period pain, fatigue, digestive troubles, anxiety, and depression. Amidst it all, I often felt isolated, and even the medical experts couldn't provide the answers I sought for the way I was feeling. But a strong inner belief led me to the understanding that there had to be a different path.
It was up to me to find an answer.
Little did i know that my body was giving me a message. It was actually screaming at me!
The body is the absolute best messenger! It teaches us something that we need to learn on a deep level. It is up to us to pay attention and listen to what it has to say.
AND….I’m so happy that i started to listen because it led me to discover Chinese Medicine.
Exploring this ancient medicine revealed an entirely fresh perspective on health, disease, trauma, and healing. I delved into the concept of living in harmony with the natural world, recognizing the intricate connections that bind everything together. It became evident that true healing transcends the physical realm, encompassing the mind, body, and spirit in a profound way.
AND that we are more POWERFUL than we think!
My global journey has been an odyssey of wisdom, a voyage that led me to the doorsteps of Master Medicine Practitioners, Healers, Birthworkers, Bodyworkers, Psychics, Tantricas, and the mystical world of Animal Spirits. As I absorbed their teachings, I not only acquired knowledge but became a living vessel for the medicine itself, nurturing it with unwavering integrity as I now share it with the world.

Our sessions can include Coaching, Sexuality and Daoist Tantric practices, Breathwork, Somatic Experiencing, Chinese Medicine theory, Plant and Animal Medicines, dance and sound therapy, gentle trauma realease, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and intuitive guidance.
