My journey with breathwork

I first experienced this incredible power during my years practicing martial arts, where I learned how to use my breath to calm my mind, strengthen my body, and tap into a source of vital energy.

As I delved deeper into Chinese Medicine, I discovered that our bodies thrive when they're in balance and harmony. Our breath, it turns out, is a crucial tool for achieving this balance. It not only helps us physically but also emotionally. If our emotions are like wild winds blowing in all directions, our breath is the anchor that can bring us back to our true selves.

During a challenging period in my life, when I felt stuck and disconnected, I stumbled upon SOMA breathwork.
